Pre-payment for services is required. Refund requests will be reviewed on a situational basis only if services do not address the questions and concerns of the client. If there is a client satisfaction issue, we will attempt to resolve any problems by offering additional or substitution services. 

All sessions are conducted via Zoom Meeting and are recorded. Please make sure you have provided your email address when you book an appointment and allow for alternative times and days to be selected. You can contact me at stevenblonder@gmail.com
