To provide additional value, we may offer to record your consultation.
- Consent: By participating in a recorded session, you consent to being recorded.
- Storage: Recordings are stored securely for 30 days to allow you time to download them, after which they may be deleted.
- Ownership: The interpretation provided in the recording is the intellectual property of The Astro Analyst, while the personal data within remains yours. Recordings will never be shared, sold, or used for marketing without your written permission.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to:
- Prepare your astrological charts and reports.
- Communicate regarding your appointment.
- Send occasional newsletters (only if you have opted in).
4. Third-Party Sharing

Code of Ethics
As a practitioner of astrology, I adhere to the following ethical standards:
Referrals: If a client presents a problem that is outside my scope of expertise (such as a medical or psychological crisis), I will ethically refer them to the appropriate licensed professional.
Non-Judgment: I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for all clients regardless of their background, beliefs, or lifestyle.
Empowerment: My goal is to provide insight that empowers the client. I believe the stars “incline, but do not determine,” and I will always uphold the client’s free will.
Boundaries: I do not provide “blind readings” on third parties (e.g., people who have not consented to having their chart read) unless it is in the context of a relationship compatibility (synastry) reading involving the client.
